The Paddocks: common questions

When do applications for The Paddocks close?

Applications for The Paddocks have closed. Check the official listing for the final word.

How much is the rent at The Paddocks?

Rents at The Paddocks are from €1,093 a month.

Who can apply for The Paddocks?

Your household's income after tax has to be under €59,000 a year for Kildare, and the rent can't be more than 35% of it, so even the cheapest home here needs about €37,475 a year. You can't be getting HAP or Rent Supplement, or own a home. Check your income.

How are the homes given out?

Each scheme takes applications for a set window, often one to four weeks. The LDA then picks eligible applicants at random by lottery, so applying on the last day gives you the same chance as applying on the first. Other providers publish their own rules on each listing.

Where do I apply for The Paddocks?

Only on the official listing. Cost Rental Watch doesn't take applications, and you never pay a fee to apply. Go to the official listing.
