What Plus includes
A reminder the day before it closes
One email the day before each matching scheme stops taking applications, and another on the morning a scheme opens.
A 72-hour countdown if you're picked
Tell us you've been picked and we'll send your document checklist straight away, then reminders at 48 and 12 hours.
Free email alerts keep working whether or not you have Plus.
Price and billing
Plus costs €2.99 a month, or €24 a year. Prices include any VAT that applies. Stripe takes the payment when you upgrade and then on the same day each month (or year) until you cancel. We never see or store your card details.
If the price changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time from your account page ("Manage billing"). Plus keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Plus starts as soon as you pay. Before paying, you ask us to start it straight away and confirm you understand that this ends the usual 14-day right to cancel for a refund, as Irish and EU consumer law allow for digital services that start immediately. A month (or, on the yearly plan, a year) you've started isn't refunded, but cancelling stops the next payment.
If Plus doesn't work because of a fault on our side, email us and we'll put it right or refund you.
What we can't promise
We read the official listings every 30 minutes, but we depend on those sites. If a provider changes its website, posts late or makes a mistake, an alert or reminder can be late, wrong or missed. Always check the official listing for dates, rents and rules.
We're not a housing provider or agent. We don't take applications, can't affect who is picked in a draw, and can't guarantee you a home.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Irish and EU consumer law. If something goes wrong on our side, the most we'd owe you is a refund of what you paid for Plus in the previous 12 months, unless the law says otherwise.
Changes and law
If we change these terms, we'll email Plus members first. Irish law applies.
