What cost rental costs in Dublin

Starting rents (the cheapest home in each listing) have ranged from €950 at Innovation Square in Belgard to €1,795 at The Avenue, Balmoston in Donabate. Most Dublin schemes start somewhere between €1,200 and €1,500 a month.

Who qualifies in Dublin

  • Your household's income after tax must be under €66,000 a year.
  • The rent can't be more than 35% of that income. A €1,250 one-bed needs about €42,858 a year; a €1,529 two-bed needs about €52,423.
  • You can't be getting HAP or Rent Supplement, or own a home.

Schemes come back in phases

Many Dublin developments open in phases, so the same name can appear again months later. Cooper Square in Seven Mills, Kilmartin Grove in Hollystown, Kilcarbery Grange in Clondalkin and Foxwood Barn in Citywest have all been listed more than once. Missing one round doesn't mean you've missed the development.
